Drag your invoices and receipts into the editor above, or click Add images or files and select several at once. They are laid out at their real size on A4 sheets, as many to a page as will fit. Click Export / print to print or download a PDF.
What you can add
- PDF invoices. Each page becomes its own block and keeps its physical size; it is never enlarged. When you export a PDF, the pages go in as vector graphics, so text prints as crisply as the original.
- Receipt photos and payment screenshots. JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and other common image formats can be mixed freely with PDFs.
- Multi-page files. Every page of a PDF is placed separately, in order, so a hotel bill and its card receipt can sit together.
Fitting more on a page
A PDF invoice that already fills a whole page stays at full size, so by default it takes a sheet of its own. To put two on one sheet, open Page settings (⚙) and set PDF pages per sheet to 2 per sheet: PDF pages, even from separate files, are paired in order, shrunk to share a sheet and kept vector in the exported PDF. As with a printer’s “2 pages per sheet” option, full-page portrait invoices on a portrait sheet are turned 90° and stacked when that makes them larger, so you read the printout sideways. Small invoices, receipts and photos share pages automatically. On a computer you can Crop a PDF page to just the part you need; a cropped page is exported as a 300 DPI image instead of vector, which still prints clearly.
If an invoice is wider than the paper, it is scaled down proportionally until it fits.
Paper receipts
On a phone, tap Camera and photograph the receipt. The tool finds its edges, straightens a photo taken at an angle and keeps the Original look by default; switch the effect to Enhance or Black & white if faint thermal print is hard to read. Long, narrow receipt photos are treated as photos, not screenshots, and are not cut into columns.
Before you print
Choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”. Before exporting, the tool warns you about anything within 3 mm of the paper edge, where many printers can’t print. Whether a printed copy is accepted for an expense claim is up to your employer or accountant, so check with them if you’re unsure.
Your files are processed only in your browser and are never uploaded.
